TAX DEDUCTIBLE:
We Are Alive, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Donations to WeAreAlive™ are tax deductible on Schedule A of your individual Federal Tax Return to the extent provided by tax law. The purchase of products and entertainment tickets from WeAreAlive™ are not tax deductible unless sold above fair market value. For exact information regarding tax deductions and for corporate donations, please check with your CPA. CASH DONATIONS:
Cash donations to WeAreAlive™ can be made in the following ways;
1) By mailing a check or money order to We Are Alive, Inc., 14427 Brook Hollow, #165, San Antonio, Texas 78232 (please do not send cash),
2) By credit card on this website as discussed in the section below entitled, "To Make A Donation Now" or
3) By providing WeAreAlive™ with your Visa or MasterCard number, the expiration date, your name as it appears on the card, the address with zip code that your credit card is billed to and how much you would like to donate, by mailing the information to the address above, by faxing to 210-490-0386, by e-mail to supporters@WeAreAlive.org or by calling 210-737-1411 or 866-737-1411.
NON-CASH DONATIONS:
From time to time WeAreAlive™ has silent auctions and live auctions. For information on WeAreAlive™'s silent auction on this website, see the section on "To Bid On Auction Items" below. Unfortunately WeAreAlive™ does not have the space to store large items or of a resale value of less than $50. If you have an item that you would like to donate, please send a description of the item, including its size, condition, estimated value, etc. and your contact information to supporters@WeAreAlive.org.

| Volunteers
SAN ANTONIO & OTHER TEXAS CITIES:
From time to time WeAreAlive™ produces fundraising events, assembles mailouts, builds computer data bases, etc. for which volunteers are needed mainly in San Antonio and from time to time in other Texas cities. The information in the "United States" section below is also applicable to Texas Cities. (See "How To Get Involved" at the end of this column.)
UNITED STATES:
WeAreAlive™ also accepts help from persons or groups from across the United States who are capable of producing fundraisers in their areas for WeAreAlive™. Depending on the event and his schedule, actor Sherman Hemsley may be able to appear. The WeAreAlive™ staff can assist with administrative duties from the home office and are usually available to attend.
Going a step further past one time or occasional fundraisers, WeAreAlive™ has the ability to assist qualified chapter founders create local area chapters of WeAreAlive™.

PRODUCERS NEEDED:
For quite some time, WeAreAlive™ has been looking for a producer to donate their time to produce a television commercial for WeAreAlive with actor Sherman Hemsley. For quite some time, WeAreAlive™ has also been looking for a producer to produce one or both of; 1)a telethon hosted by actor Sherman Hemsley and a theatrical play with Sherman Hemsley. WeAreAlive™ is willing to give a percentage of the ticket sales to the producer for funding these projects. The telethon can be held in any large city in the United States where an appropriate Host Hotel or Facility can be found. The theatrical play can be held in any major city in the United States that would be lucrative. (See "How To Get Involved" at the end of this column.)
HOST HOTEL NEEDED:
WeAreAlive™ is looking for a large resort or casino hotel in a major city to host the location and provide some of the airtime for the proposed telethon with Sherman Hemsley. The publicity should be great for the host hotel. (See "How To Get Involved" at the end of this column.)
GRANT WRITERS:
WeAreAlive™ is open to grant writers who wish to donate their time writing grants for WeAreAlive™. (See "How To Get Involved" at the end of this column.)
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
1)Color printer for signs/banners that is approximately 45" wide.
2)Up to date NT Server.
3)Up to date PC's.
4)Large scale web server in the $20,000 price range to host a proposed WeAreAlive™ national assistance web data base and upcoming projects.
PRESS RELEASES:
WeAreAlive™ invites you to send the press release(s) on this website to newspapers, radio stations and television stations in your area when appropriate. The header of the press releases will note what type of media and what areas the press release is intended for. The press releases on this website will be updated from time to time. If the current press release is not applicable or appropriate for your area at this time, please check back on a regular basis to see if a new press release has been posted that may.
